Former Manchester United striker, Michael Owen, has predicted the winner between Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur when both teams clash in the Carabao Cup semi-final tie.

Thomas Tuchel’s side head to the game following a 2-2 draw with Liverpool in their last fixture in the Premier League.
