After I saw the video of Kate Henshaw, I decided to visit her social media on Instagram to see if there could be any obvious explanation for her great body. My curiosity ended abruptly the moment I got to her page and saw loads of work-out videos, and this is undoubtedly why I added “regularly” to the headline of my point above.
It turned out that Kate has uploaded tens of work-out videos on her page, and this plainly means that Kate has been exercising physically to get her body in shape. There is no magic about having a great and sexy body anymore.
