JAMB Announces Final 2026 UTME Mop-Up, Opens Slip Printing Portal

 

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has declared the upcoming Mop-Up Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination as the last chance for eligible candidates to sit the 2026 UTME.

 

In a statement posted on X on June 7, 2026 by JAMB’s Public Communication Advisor, Fabian Benjamin, Ph.D., the Board confirmed that no further examination will be conducted after this exercise.

 

Mop-Up Exam Slated for June 13

According to JAMB, the 2026 Mop-Up UTME is scheduled for Saturday, 13th June 2026. It was arranged for candidates who missed their earlier exams due to technical challenges, and for those whose biometric verification could not be completed during the main exercise.

 

The Board urged all affected candidates to take advantage of what it called the “final opportunity” and make necessary preparations.

 

Slip Printing Now Open

JAMB also announced that candidates can now print their 2026 Mop-Up UTME examination notification slips.

 

The slip contains key details including examination centre, date, time, and other instructions for a seamless exercise. Eligible candidates are advised to visit the Board’s website and click on “Print 2026 Mop-Up UTME Slip” to access and print it.

 

Candidates were strongly advised to print their slips early and familiarize themselves with their centres to avoid last-minute difficulties.
