Watching from a distance one would say that the premier league is undergoing some set of specific changes on managerial ability of coaches especially in Europe and London,. However the unique fact about this is that they bring on their young players to take after a dismissed one.

Arteta said his farewells to staff at Manchester City on Thursday morning
