Publicly stating that your loyalty is solely to Senator Dickson and to no one else raises concerns about your ability to effectively promote and support Peter Obi as the party’s presidential candidate.
During your remarks, it also appeared that you needed guidance from @emmaikumeh before continuing your speech knowing fully well the guy speaks bad of your presidential candidate. In a role as sensitive and strategic as yours, it is important to communicate with clarity, confidence, and an understanding of the broader responsibilities attached to the office.
A party high official should demonstrate loyalty not only to individual leaders but also to the party’s collective vision and its candidates. Your comments have created doubts about your commitment to that responsibility.
I believe this situation calls for serious reflection. If you feel unable to fully support the party’s presidential candidate and agenda, it may be in the best interest of you stepping aside from your position.
This is not meant as a personal attack but as constructive feedback on the expectations that come with leadership and representation.
