Gov Ifeanyi Okowa Reassures Deltans Safety on Covid-19 [Video]

The Executive State Governor of Delta State, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa,  Reassures Deltans on The safety of the state as regards the spread of COVID-19 known as Coronavirus.

In a Statement Posted on his media page Governor Ifeanyi Okowa sent this message –

To the citizens and residents of our great state, Delta:

Make no mistake, my administration has taken every necessary precaution to guarantee your health and safety.

We have already set up holding facilities across the state — in-line with NCDC guidelines — to ensure that any suspected cases of the #CoronaVirus are quarantined, properly diagnosed — and treated quickly and efficiently.

It is in rare times like these that we must all come together as a united community of patriotic citizens to do everything within our power to curb the spread of the #CoronaVirus, which threatens not only the health of Nigerians, but the entire world.

I want to reassure you that we will get through this — but only together. Mankind has faced greater challenges; Nigeria has surmounted steeper obstacles; and Delta State, as they say “no dey carry last!”
