Update: Rescue Operations Commence As Two Women Are Confirmed Dead In Lagos Train-Bus Accident

Two yet-to-be-identified women have been confirmed dead in the accident involving a train and a staff bus belonging to the Lagos state government that took place in the early hours of today March 9 at the PWD, Ikeja area of Lagos.

A statement from the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency LASEMA says the casualties have been transferred to the General Hospital for further medical attention after being given first aid by the Agency’s Paramedics while two female adults lost their lives to the incident and were handed over to SEHMU for onward transfer to the morgue.
