The Commissioner of Health in Lagos State Nigeria, Professor Akin Abayomi has reassured Lagos State Residents as well as Nigerians at large that None of the Patients afflicted with Covid-19 other wise called Coronavirus would die.
He said this while providing update on management of the disease in Lagos. He said the state government would next week discharge more patients under its care after they must have had two consecutive negative tests. Abayomi said though he has had interaction with the Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Abba Kyari, he does not know his whereabouts in Lagos.
Speakingfurther, Professor Abayomi stated clearly that All Covid-19 cases in Lagos which totalled 81 are currently being treat Specially with adequate care and that 8 patients have already been discharged after treatment, assuring that out of the remaining 73 cases none is likely to die.
