Manchester United booked their place in the FA Cup final after a nerve-wracking encounter against Coventry that ended in a penalty shootout after 3-3 draw.
Initially, United seemed to have the game under control, with goals from Scott McTominay, Harry Maguire, and Bruno Fernandes putting them in a good position.
However, Coventry mounted a stunning comeback, scoring three goals to force extra time play.
Ellis Simms and Callum O’Hare led Coventry’s comeback, causing United’s defense problems.
Despite United’s best efforts to hold on, Haji Wright’s penalty in stoppage time ensured the match would go to extra time.
In extra time, both teams had chances to score, with Simms hitting the crossbar for Coventry in the dying minutes.

The match ultimately went to penalties, where the drama continued.
Casemiro’s penalty was saved, giving Coventry an early advantage.
However, United rallied, with Bruno Fernandes converting the final spot-kick to secure a 4-2 win on penalties.
