He acknowledged God’s will in the tragic passing, expressing his personal struggle to come to terms with the loss.

Francis Duru duscuses his deep love for his son, as he promised to always remember him, saying farewell to him and wishing him peace in heaven.

“My champ!! My lion…you fought like a lion…if this is the way He wants it, so be it, I still judge you faithful…Ifeanyi, my champ….I will miss you, son… will forever love you…Rest in peace, son…rest…I give you thanks, lord!.”
