Drake Bets $300,000 On Canada To Beat Argentina.
Canadian rapper, popularly known as Drake, has placed a bet of $300,000 on his country to beat Argentina in the Copa America semifinals.
Messi, who has scored a single goal in the competition will aim to inspire his country to a win against Canada.
Argentina will hope to win a back-to-back Copa America finals in order to retain their title.
Canada lost their first game against Argentina, before holding Chile to a stalemate and defeating Peru 1-0 in the quarterfinals.
They then beat Venezuela 4-3 on penalties with their game ending 1-1 after normal time as well.
Drake appears to have full confidence in his home nation pulling off an upset against Argentina.
He placed the bet on Stake and he shared a screenshot on his Instagram story.
If Argentina were to lose, he would receive an estimated payout of $2,880,000.00.
