Nigerian female Disk jockey “DJ Cuppy” is keen to sue Davido’s logistics Manager, Israel DMW.

DJ Cuppy took to her Twitter account to make known her intentions of suing Davido’s logistics manager – Israel Afeare (Israel DMW) for libel and defamation.

This announcement came after Israel DMW on his Instagram story accused DJ Cuppy.

According to the story, Zlatan got nothing from being featured in DJ Cuppy’s song ‘Gelato’. Zlatan was left to cater for himself and his team in Abuja even though he was invited by DJ Cuppy for her fundraiser event. She made millions from the event, but she’s yet to reimburse Zlatan.

DJ Cuppy replied with threat of a lawsuit.

For the record… There have been no breaches of my contractual agreement regarding the song #Gelato as confirmed by lawyers… However, as @IsrealDMW publicly inaccurately declared I owe an artist money, I am suing him for libel and defamation!
