Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto of the APC has been declared the winner of the Sokoto State Governorship polls.
According to the results released, Aliyu secured a total of 453661 votes to beat his main rival, PDP’s Saidu Umar, who polled a total of 40, 4632 votes
