Manchester United has agreed on a fee that could rise to £85 million ($99 million) to sign Ajax’s Brazilian winger Antony, reports said Monday.

The Premier League giants have consented to pay £80.75 million, with a further £4.25 million in additional items, the BBC, Sky Sports, and other British media expressed in front of the exchange window shutting on Thursday.

The 22-year-old Antony could be the second player to follow United director Erik ten Hag from the Dutch bosses to Old Trafford following the appearance of safeguard Lisandro Martinez.

Tyrell Malacia, Martinez, Christian Eriksen, and Casemiro have shown up to this point this mid year and Ten Hag is expecting to keep Cristiano Ronaldo, notwithstanding the Portuguese needing to pass on to play Champions League football.
