Manchester City playmaker, Kevin De Bruyne has said he expects Bernardo Silva to remain at the club amid interest from Barcelona.
The LaLiga giants are keen on adding Silva to their midfield this summer.
City boss, Pep Guardiola, insists he wants the Portugal international to stay at The Etihad, but failed to give guarantees about his future.
Silva was a substitute in the 4-0 win over Bournemouth and clapped all four sides of the ground before being the last man to leave the pitch.
“He knows, I think he’s very loved.
“The way that I see it, I think that he will be here, so there’s nothing that I’m worried about.
“Whatever happens, he is great for us and I expect him to be here with us this year,” De Bruyne told reporters.
