Erik ten Hag, the new manager of Manchester United, has revealed what he expects from forward Cristiano Ronaldo during his time at the club.
Ten Hag was recently appointed as the new manager of Manchester United.
The Dutchman takes over for Ralf Rangnick, who led Manchester United to a 1-0 loss to Crystal Palace on the final day of the 2021/22 Premier League season on Sunday.
When asked if he was excited to work with Ronaldo, Ten Hag responded, “Of course,” according to Man United’s official website on Monday.
When asked what he expects from Ronaldo, the former Ajax manager laughed and said, “Ronaldo? Goals!”
“I talk to Ronaldo before I talk to you,” he insisted.
