The elder Royal bro is reportedly concerned and possibly aggravated that any conversations he has with his younger brother Prince Harry Might end up going public in the media as he no longer trust him.

This seems to refer to a recent reporting on “CBS This Morning” that Harry made attempts to speak to his brother Prince William and his father,Prince Charles, but that their talks were not productive.
