The Team Captain for Borrusia Dotmund has confirmed that Sancho will remain at the club for one more year.
Marco Reus has told Sky Germany that Jadon Sancho is staying at the club for one more year and won’t continue with a move to Manchester United this summer.
Manchester United who were initially interested in Sancho couldn’t meet up with the club’s offers before transfer windows closed and this becomes a good news for the team – Reus said.
Speaking to Sky Germany, Reus said that Sancho had potentials to play like favorites Ronaldo and Messi but had more trainings to lay on to.
He said –
“For us players that was great news.
“We all were happy that he will be with us for one more year because he delivers assists and goals, so we get points.
“If he gets as big as (Lionel) Messi or Ronaldo, we will see. He needs time, experience and it will be important how he manages the times when things don’t go so well. But he has the confidence and the quality.”
