Mourinho Appointed New Roma Head Coach

Former  Tottenham Coach, Jose Mourinho has been Appointed as New Roma Head Coach.

AS Roma has appointed the former Tottenham team lead coach Jose Mourinho to head the team ahead of the new season.

Jose Mourinho heads AS Roma, the Portuguese born seasoned, and experienced coach has been confirmed an appointment with AS Roma as the new head coach for the team.

The management of the club football team has confirmed that they have appointed Jose Mourinho to lead the club for the new season.

The announcement was released by the club team owner which read thus :

“We are thrilled and delighted to welcome José Mourinho into the AS Roma family,” club president Dan Friedkin and vice-president Ryan Friedkin said as seen on the club’s website.

“A great champion who has won trophies at every level, José will provide tremendous leadership and experience to our ambitious project.

“The appointment of José is a huge step in building a long-term and consistent winning culture throughout the club.”

It will be recalled that Jose Mourinho has earlier been sacked by Tottenham Hotspurs not quite long ago as a result of failure to lead the team to a glorious place and lack of better performance.
Replying to the new appointment Jose Mourinho said:

“Thank you to the Friedkin family for choosing me to lead this great club and to be part of their vision,” Mourinho said.
