Kano State government has confirmed it recorded ten new cases of COVID-19.
The State Ministry of Health, on Saturday night, said so far, the State has 37 confirmed cases of the virus.
“As at 18th April 2020 10 New #COVID19 Cases Confirmed.
“Total Confirmed Cases in @KanostateNg is 37. 1 COVID19 death was recorded.
“#StayAtHome to break the chain of #COVID19 transmission,” it said.
Recall that the NCDC on Saturday recorded forty-nine confirmed Coronavirus cases.
With the new development, Nigeria now has 542 confirmed cases in the country.
