Jesse Lingard is set to leave Manchester United and sign West Ham as a free agent, according to Sky Sports.
It is understood the Hammers have made an offer to the player’s representatives.
The forward is officially out of contract on July 1.
Lingard had a successful loan spell at West Ham in the second half of the 2020/2021 season when he scored nine goals in 16 Premier League starts.
Last season, Lingard managed just 355 minutes of Premier League football for Manchester United and scored twice.
Newcastle United have also been linked with the 29-year-old, but the Hammers are believed to be the frontrunners for his signature.
