Watching from a distance one would say that the premier league is undergoing some set of specific changes on managerial ability of coaches especially in Europe and London,. However the unique fact about this is that they bring on their young players to take after a dismissed one.

Look very briefly at Chelsea who dismissed Maurizio Sarri to bring on Frank Lampard to coach the London based club for the next 3 years , check out the likes of Manchester united who dismissed Jose Mourinho to bring on one of the old players Ole gunnar solskjer, and this guy’s have been doing well since they were appointed as club coaches following the fact that they do not play their own tactics even though not too experienced, they were brought on and built through the club so they are aware of the nooks and cranny of the Club and how to set on players aright.
