The Seria A club “Napoli” revealed on Thursday that their president Aurelio De Laurentiis has tested positive for Coronavirus.
The Club official handle revealed that the president tested positive on Wednesday but didn’t disclose futher details about the situations of things currently.
The club president De Laurentiis took part in a Serie A assembly on Wednesday alongside officials from other leading Italian clubs.
The charismatic 71-year-old has resurrected Napoli since buying them in 2004 after they had been declared bankrupt and relegated to the third tier of Italian football.
Napoli are scheduled to Commence their season on September 20 with first fixtures against Parma.
