West Ham’s battle against Premier League relegation continues with the visit of London rivals Chelsea who are looking to strengthen their hold on fourth place.

Chelsea won their first game back 2-1 against Aston Villa before beating Manchester City and are fourth on 54 points, and now only one behind Leicester, who they play in the FA Cup on Sunday.
