Previously Takeoff was being accused of sexually assaulting a woman at a party in Los Angeles, and it looks like he will not be facing charges in the case.
According to a popular news report, the L.A. County District Attorney’s office will not be prosecuting Takeoff for the sexual assault allegations made against him due to “insufficient evidence.” Takeoff’s lawyer says the lack of evidence proves that the “allegations were patently and provably false.”
If y’all recall, a woman filed a lawsuit against the Migo in August 2020, alleging that he raped her at a party in Los Angeles. She alleged that Takeoff stared at her while at the party, making her extremely uncomfortable, before he allegedly raped her in a bedroom.
She alleged hat Takeoff entered the bedroom shortly after and began touching her butt, and proceeded to tip her over face-down, pulled down her clothes and raped her. She claimed that she went to a nearby hospital after the incident, and was suing Takeoff for sexual battery, assault, emotional distress and more.
