According to Punch, the Ogun State Police Command has begun searching for an unidentified woman linked to the suspicious death of Inspector Haruna Mohammed, an officer attached to the Ishashi Division of the Lagos State Police Command.
Mohammed was discovered lifeless in a hotel room at Anthony Uzum Estate, Oyeyemi Akute, Ogun State. Authorities are treating the circumstances surrounding his death as unusual.
Ogun State Police Command spokesperson, Omolola Odutola, revealed that a woman had checked into the hotel with Mohammed but left shortly after his passing.
Reports indicate that the officer and the unidentified woman entered the hotel together around 1:00 AM on Saturday. Just a few hours later, his body was found inside the room.
At approximately 8:52 AM, the hotel manager noticed that the room’s door was ajar. Upon inspection, he discovered Mohammed’s body inside.
