The Tapswap project was powered by the Solana blockchain, which caused a stir in the crypto community when it announced that it was parting ways with Solana without giving an update on the blockchain it would be launching on. And the sudden development created uncertainty around the project and acted as a source of negative PR for the project and the team behind it.
Therefore, the announcement has boosted the confidence of participants in the project.
Note: Tapswap is not the only Web 3 clicker game that has announced its launch on the Ton Token. Yescoin and Hamster Kombat are both Telegram-based Web 3 projects, and they also announced their individual plans to launch on the TON blockchain.
