Bad Bunny, the renowned Puerto Rican rapper, recently discussed his first onscreen kiss with a co-star in the film “Cassandro” during an interview with TIME. The rapper, who played Gael García Bernal’s love interest in the film, revealed that the kiss was his first for a movie, and it was with a man. He joked that it was the consequence of having been with so many women throughout his life. Despite this, he took the job seriously and viewed it as just another aspect of his profession as an actor. Bad Bunny explained that when you are acting, you become someone you are not, and therefore, he was up for anything the filmmakers required of him. The rapper felt at ease with the experience and did not find it uncomfortable. The film debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in January, and no release date has been announced. Bad Bunny is known for pushing the boundaries of toxic masculinity and challenging societal norms, as demonstrated by his previous on-stage kiss with his male backup dancer during the MTV Video Music Awards performance in August.
