President Buhari Couldn’t attend Gen. Attahiru’s Burial – Reno Omokri says
Pastor Reno Omokri points out a fault that president Mohammadu Buhari Couldn’t attend General Ibrahim Attahiru’s Burial.
His Instagram post reads thus:
Very sad that General @MuhammaduBuhari did not attend the burial of the late Chief of Army Staff, General Ibrahim Attahiru.
Instead, he was represented by his Defence Minister. Attahiru died serving Nigeria.
Buhari, who traveled 4000 miles to Paris for 4 days, could not drive 15 miles go to Attahiru’s funeral for 30 minutes.
Ibrahim Attahiru and Idris Deby were the two most most effective Generals against Boko Haram.
Both of them were committed to actually defeating Boko Haram, and led from the front. Sadly, they died within a month of each.
