All is set as the first commercial plane is scheduled to land at the

 on April 30, 2021, to test-run the facilities at the airport.

Gov. Willie Obiano gave the indication during an unscheduled inspection visit at the project with his wife and Founder of Caring Family Enhancement Initiative (CAFÉ), Dr. Ebelechukwu Obiano, on Saturday.

Speaking to newsmen, Gov. Obiano stated that the airport will help in making Anambra State the first port of call for investors.
