The Presidency has announced that President Muhammadu Buhari will leave the country on Tuesday for a medical trip in the United Kingdom.
Muhammadu Buhari GCFR is a Nigerian politician who has been president of Nigeria since 2015. Buhari is a retired Major General of the Nigerian Army and served as military head of state from 1983 to 1985.
Presidential spokesman Garba Shehu made this announcement in a tweet on Monday.
He stated that President Buhari will proceed to London, the United Kingdom for a routine medical check-up.

Before departing Nigeria, Garba Shehu said Buhari will meet with Security Chiefs first in the morning, after which he embarks on the journey.

The presidential spokesman, disclosed that the treatment would last till second week of April 2021.
He is due back in the country during the second week of April, 2021.
