Just as the league is about to kick-off, Manchester city stars Including winger Riyad Mahrez and defender Aymeric Laporte tests positive for Coronavirus.

Algeria’s Mahrez, 29, and Frenchman Laporte, 24, will not train with their team-mates while they self-isolate in line with UK government and Premier League rules.

Manchester City’s update on the health of the players says neither player was displaying symptoms of coronavirus.

Mahrez revealed in tweets that he would be back alongside his team mate and thanked fans to support.

Meanwhile, larpote added his statement on the current state he is.
