Gov Okowa Partially Relaxes Lockdown In Delta, Decides School Resumptions date

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa Partially Relaxes Covid-19 Lockdown in Delta Sate and gives a confirmed date for Resumption of Schools and other Offices in the State.

Gov Okowa gave the speech 24 hours after The President of Nigeria delivered a,partial reliever time Nigerians regarding the corona virus lockdown specifically stating that a week lockdown measure would be taken in Lagos, Ogun, FCT and two weeks lockdown would be put in place at Kano State.

Futhermore, Governor Okowa Disclosed that Schools included private and public would resume from 30th of May 2020, meanwhile Grade 12 Workers who are Senior staffs should resume work from the 30th of April 2020.

Speaking of gathering and church activities Governor Okowa Instructed that he would meet with the religions leaders to pass instructions for the places of worship. however, Everyone going out around the State should ensure to put on a face mask as it would help reduce possibilities of contacting the virus.

Speaking to shops and market places the governor specified that resident should ensure that not more than 50 people gather in the markets or shops .
