The Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) says it will hold church services on Sunday in Abuja amid fears over the spread of the coronavirus.
Among the 10 cases of the disease reported positive on Saturday in the country, three were from Abuja.

In a post, however, on Instagram on Saturday, COZA Senior Pastor, Biodun Fatoyinbo, said service would be held at COZA auditorium and at another venue.
“Following a directive from the FCT Administration, please be informed that service would hold tomorrow, 22nd March 2020 by 7:30 am @Evelyn Centre and 9 am at The COZA AUDITORIUM, Guzape Hills, Asokoro Extension, Abuja,” he wrote.
“1) Electronic thermometers will be used (2) There will be alcohol-based sanitizers ( 3) There will a considerable space between the worshippers. (4) The Airflow systems are effective. (5) The blood of Jesus puts the enemy (pestilence) at bay.”
Fatoyinbo added in another post on Instagram that “worshippers can be assured of our unwavering commitment to a clean and conducive environment for service.”
The FCT has restricted religious and public gatherings to only 50 persons as part of precautions against the spread of coronavirus.
“Congregations at places of worship are hereby restricted to a maximum of 50 persons at any given time.
“This measure also applies to social gatherings at event centres, football viewing centres and night clubs, amongst others,” Abubakar Sani, media aide to the FCT minister, Mohammed Bello, announced the restrictions in a statement on Saturday.
